So I met up with my personal trainer the other day to do some weight training.
I feel like like I'm not doing a lot when I'm on the Elliptical trainer which is silly since it does more for your body oppose to running on a treadmill. In fact, I feel my best days is when I have to jog/run up and down the stairs. But omg the weight training!! My trainer believes I can bench 10 lbs+ but its so hard to do 3 sets of 15,20,35lbs!!
My current weight now is 167*sniff* I was 166 last week, but I was on some f*cked up killer diet before, so now that I'am somewhat back to eating normally, this fluctuating weight was un-avoidable. I feel that I should be meeting my trainer more than 2x a week since I paid to meet him 3x, but ehh mis-communication crap. However, my mother and I also took it upon ourselves to workout when we don't see him, so it sort of balances out.
I just hope to be 150 by July...come on weight...MELT OFF!!! I already see definition in my arms though!! At this rate they'll be more defined than my boyfriends...
Which is amazing since my bf's arms are bigger than mine. Sometimes I see his muscles when he flexes unitentionally....I miss him *sighs*
Semi-good news though? He's starting to workout again, not because I asked him too...
he said its actually good for his hernia if he does crunches. So yeah for hernia? hehehe
