and as history has shown me, I threw up after my workout...*sighs*
This doesn't make sense!! Last time I threw up after a workout with a personal trainer, I didn't eat before our session. This time however? I ate an hour before, and I threw up again!! I was so sick, I didn't even care about my hair...
(and I touched dog poo!! Ugh!! Why don't the people at this apartment complex curb their fuckin dogs?!)
So it turns out the reasons for me throwing up is as follows:
I ate a heavy meal before working out,
I pushed myself too hard,
My temp became too high,
Not breathing properly,
Either way, the puking helped me drop those 3 pounds I acquired!! I haven't been 168lbs for a week now!! My trainer said I should be able to drop 5 lbs in one week, and after that it'll be slower, so don't be alarmed. My mom believes I can loose 10.
Working out with my mom is fun, because I get to see her suffer>D
But seriously, I was pushing myself not only for me, but I want my mother to have a drive to workout too. I want her to be healthier!! So I would keep patting her on the back to keep going!! She also told me to not let my trainer kill me, but I feel I need this abuse! I just hope he gets me to do squats, I need to lift up what little ass I have lol.
I can't wait to surprise my bf with my new body!!
